You will have to fill in all the mandatory fields of the form, the same will be sent to the Sports Partner, to our After Sales Department. At least 1 photo must be sent for each equipment in question. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the order by Sports Partner, the Customer will be notified of the Process Number (automatically generated with the submission of the form). In the event of a customer return, you must send the equipment to the Sports Partner exactly as it was received, always indicating the Process Number.
The reception of the equipment by the Sports Partner does not imply acceptance of the return. The equipment must be returned to the Sports Partner no later than 1 week after the assignment of the process number. Once received the equipment in the Sports Partner will be subject to an observation to verify that the equipment meets the terms in order to accept its return.
Refunds will not be accepted when:
– The 30 days of purchase are exceeded;
– The equipment is out of its original packaging;
– The equipment has been tampered with;
– With the original packaging deteriorated (Route, Writing, etc.);
– The equipment is incomplete;
– The equipment is personalized (stamping, measurements, etc.).
