Procedures
You must fill all the mandatory fields of the form. It will be sent to Sports Partner, to our after-sales department.
At least a minimum of one photo per equipment should be sent. After the confirmation of acceptance of the request by Sports Partner, the client will be informed of the process number (automatically generated with the form submission). In case of a return, you must send the equipment to Sports Partner in the exact same conditions as received, always stating the process number.
General terms
The reception of the equipment by Sports Partner doesn’t imply the acceptance of the return. The equipment must be returned to Sports Partner in the maximum period of a week after the process number attribution. Once the equipment is received at Sports Partner they will be subjected to observation in order to verify if they gather the conditions for a return.
Returns won’t be accepted when:
– The 30 days period has expired;
– The equipment is out of the original package;
– The equipment has been tampered;
– The original package has been deteriorated (teared up, written on, etc)
– The equipment is incomplete;
– The equipment is personalized (stamping, measures, etc)
